España Huelga Vueling, Air Nostrum y de controladores aéreos
Los tripulantes de cabina de Vueling, que pertenecen al sindicato Stavla, mantenien las huelgas que seguirán teniendo lugar todos los viernes, domingos y lunes hasta el 31 de enero de 2023.
La Sección Sindical de ASETMA en Air Nostrum ANEM ha convocado una huelga que se iniciará a partir del 23 de enero, prolongándose hasta febrero y marzo, que afectará a todos los trabajadores de los centros de ANEM.
La huelga se ha convocado para el turno de mañana durante las dos primeras horas laborales y en el turno de tarde a partir de las dos últimas horas en todos los centros de ANEM.
Los controladores españoles harán huelgas de 24 horas los días 30 de enero, 6, 13, 20 y 27 de febrero. Esta última huelga afectará al personal que trabaja en las torres de control privatizadas de 16 aeropuertos nacionales.
Las torres de control afectadas serán las de A Coruña, Alicante-Elche, Castellón, Cuatro Vientos, El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Ibiza, Jerez, Lanzarote, La Palma, Lleida, Murcia, Sabadell, Sevilla, Valencia y Vigo.

The Spanish controllers will go on 24-hour strikes on January 30, February 6, 13, 20 and 27. This latest strike will affect the personnel working in the privatised control towers of 16 national airports.
The airport control towers affected will be those in, A Coruña, Alicante-Elche, Castellon, Cuatro Vientos, El Hierro, Fuerteventura, Ibiza, Jerez, Lanzarote, La Palma, Lleida, Murcia, Sabadell, Sevilla, Valencia and Vigo.

Italia Varias huelgas de transporte y huelga de gasolineras en Italia los días 25 y 26 de enero
Las gasolineras italianas irán a la huelga los días 25 y 26 de enero. La huelga, de dos días de duración, se confirmó el jueves, tras la última ronda de conversaciones infructuosas entre el Gobierno y los sindicatos que representan a las gasolineras italianas.
La huelga comenzará a las 19.00 horas del martes 24 de enero y se prolongará durante las 48 horas siguientes, y afectará también a los surtidores de autoservicio.
Hay que prever más tiempo para los desplazamientos y asegurarse reservas suficientes de combustible durante el periodo afectado.

Italy Transport strikes and Italy petrol stations to strike on 25-26 January
Italy’s petrol stations are to hold a strike on 25 and 26 January.The two-day strike action was confirmed on Thursday after the latest round of unsuccessful talks between the government and unions representing Italy’s gas stations.
The strike will commence at 19.00 on Tuesday 24 January and will last for the subsequent 48 hours, reports state broadcaster RAI News, and will also affect self-service pumps.
Allow extra time for travel and ensure sufficient reserves of fuel during the affected period.
All of the strikes that have been confirmed so far are regional or local, which means that while they are still annoying, they are not anticipated to have a significant negative impact.
Trenitalia employees in the Emilia-Romagna region are slated to go on strike from 9 p.m. on January 26 to 9 p.m. on January 27.

Cientos de pasajeros se han quedado tirados en el aeropuerto internacional Murtala Muhammed de Lagos (Nigeria) a causa de la huelga del personal de tierra de la Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCo). Due to a strike by ground staff employed by the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCo), hundreds of passengers are stranded at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, Nigeria. As the strike goes on, more flights are canceled, which results in an ever-increasing number of people who are unable to fly. Passengers who are stranded could number in the thousands if the walkout lasts all day.
Hundreds of Virgin Atlantic travelers were stuck inside the LOS terminal as of this morning, waiting to board their flights. Many of these travelers are British returnees from universities.
NAHCo staffs a variety of ground service positions, providing airlines with gate agents, baggage handlers, and check-in counter representatives. Airlines operating out of LOS are experiencing significant flight interruptions as a result of several of these workers going on strike. Several foreign airlines, notably Ethiopian Airlines, Qatar Airways, Air France, KLM, Delta Air Lines, and Virgin Atlantic, rely on NAHCo to deliver these services. Virgin Atlantic appears to have been the most negatively impacted airline among these.

La situación epidemiológica desde comienzos de enero ha mejorado notablemente, lo mismo que la presión sobre el sistema hospitalario. Desde el 15 de abril de 2022 los ciudadanos españoles pueden entrar en Azerbaiyán con un documento oficial que demuestre la vacunación completa. Ya no será necesaria la presentación de un PCR negativo. Las fronteras terrestres y por ferrocarril de Azerbaiyán con sus países vecinos permanecen cerradas por lo que sólo es posible entrar en el país por vía aérea.

México Nivel de seguridad y sanidad
Aunque el gobierno de México declaró el fin de la atención prioritaria de la pandemia de la COVID 19, lo que supuso el fin de la etapa de emergencia sanitaria, sigue siendo necesario tomar precauciones de cara a evitar contagios. Además, es necesario prestar atención a otras enfermedades presentes en el país como los virus del Dengue, el Chikungunya y el Zika.
Las personas que viajen por motivos turísticos a México no requieren de visado.
No existe convenio de seguridad social con México en materia de atención sanitaria, por lo que es imprescindible viajar con seguro médico, lo más amplio posible si se desea contar con una cobertura médica similar a la española.

Perú Aeropuerto de Arequipa suspende temporalmente sus operaciones por protestas y disturbios civiles
El aeropuerto de Cusco ha reanuadado sus operaciones desde el viernes 20 de enero. Por otro lado el aeropuerto de Arequipa se mantiene cerrado hasta nuevo aviso. Los manifestantes han intentado entrar en la terminal del aeropuerto, por lo que actualmente se encuentra en su interior la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP) para evitar actos vandálicos.
El destino turístico de Machu Picchu, el Camino Inca y los servicios ferroviarios se han suspendido temporalmente debido a los disturbios actuales. Debido a la inestabilidad social en curso, seguimos aconsejándole que reevalúe su necesidad de viajar a Cusco, Puno, Arequipa y Ayacucho. Se han implantado toques de queda locales y el Estado de Emergencia en varias zonas de Perú como consecuencia de la agitación y las protestas. Evite los lugares de protesta y abandónelos si es seguro hacerlo. Presta atención a las recomendaciones de las autoridades locales. Desde el 7 de diciembre de 2022, se están registrando protestas y manifestaciones, en algunos casos, de carácter violento, especialmente en el sur del país. La red vial nacional experimenta numerosos y cambiantes puntos de bloqueo que impiden o comprometen seriamente la libertad de tránsito. Por otra parte, las protestas y manifestaciones están afectando a la operatividad de los principales aeropuertos del sur del país, produciéndose cierres puntuales de los aeropuertos de Arequipa, Cuzco, Juliaca, Andayhuaylas, Tacna y Ayacucho. Durante el mes de diciembre de 2022, alguno de estos cierres duró hasta una semana. En este contexto, el 14 de enero de 2023, el Gobierno peruano declaró el estado de emergencia durante un plazo de treinta días en los departamentos de Puno, Cuzco, Lima, en la Provincia Constitucional del Callao, en la provincia de Andayhuaylas del departamento de Apurímac, en las provincias de Tambopata y Tahuamanu del departamento de Madre de Dios y en el distrito de Torata, provincia de Mariscal Nieto del departamento de Moquegua, así como en algunas carreteras de la Red Vial Nacional. Asimismo, se ha establecido un toque de queda en el departamento de Puno, desde las 20:00 horas hasta las 04:00 horas. Por otra parte, el 19 de enero de 2023, el Gobierno peruano declaró el estado de emergencia durante un plazo de treinta días en los departamentos de Amazonas, La Libertad y Tacna. No puede descartarse que el estado de emergencia y los toques de queda se extiendan a otros puntos del país, en función de la evolución de las circunstancias.
Se recomienda a los españoles residentes y transeúntes en Perú que permanezcan atentos a la evolución de la situación a través de los anuncios de autoridades y medios locales, sigan las recomendaciones de las autoridades locales, eviten aproximarse a zonas donde se estén llevando a cabo concentraciones o manifestaciones y extremen precauciones durante sus desplazamientos fuera del hotel o alojamiento en que se encuentren, comprobando, previamente, que las rutas que van a transitar se encuentran expeditas. Se recomienda aplazar planes de viaje a Perú, salvo casos de extrema necesidad.
Por otro lado, se requiere a los viajeros que sus pasaportes tengan una vigencia mínima de 6 meses. En caso contrario, las autoridades migratorias peruanas prohibirán el ingreso del viajero a Perú y será retornado a su país de procedencia.
Perú Arequipa airport temporarily suspends operations due to protests and Civil Unrest

In this context, on 14 January 2023, the Peruvian Government declared a state of emergency for a period of thirty days in the departments of Puno, Cuzco, Lima, in the Constitutional Province of Callao, in the province of Andayhuaylas in the department of Apurímac, in the provinces of Tambopata and Tahuamanu in the department of Madre de Dios and in the district of Torata, province of Mariscal Nieto in the department of Moquegua, as well as on some roads of the National Road Network. A curfew has also been established in the department of Puno, from 20:00 hours until 04:00 hours. On the other hand, on 19 January 2023, the Peruvian government declared a state of emergency for a period of thirty days in the departments of Amazonas, La Libertad and Tacna. It cannot be ruled out that the state of emergency and curfews may be extended to other parts of the country, depending on the evolution of circumstances.
It is recommended that Spanish residents and passers-by in Peru remain attentive to the evolution of the situation through the announcements of local authorities and media, follow the recommendations of the local authorities, avoid approaching areas where rallies or demonstrations are taking place and take extreme precautions when travelling outside the hotel or accommodation where they are staying, checking beforehand that the routes they are going to travel are open. It is recommended that travel plans to Peru be postponed, except in cases of extreme necessity.
On the other hand, travellers are required to have their passports valid for at least 6 months. Otherwise, the Peruvian immigration authorities will prohibit the traveller from entering Peru and he/she will be returned to his/her country of origin.
