La agencia Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System ha emitido una alerta roja por el ciclón Mawar-23 debido al impacto humanitario y su vulnerabilidad que puede afectar a 170.000 personas. Los aeropuertos afectados son A.B. Won Pat International (GUM) y Andersen AFB (UAM) que irá acompañada de fuertes vientos, los edificios pueden verse ser dañados o destruidos; así como pueden caerse árboles tendidos eléctricos, así como interrupción de las comunicaciones. The Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System agency has issued a red alert for Cyclone Mawar-23 due to its humanitarian impact and vulnerability that may affect 170,000 people.
