En Armenia, se emite una advertencia contra los viajes a la zona fronteriza con Azerbaiyán y a la región de Nagorno-Karabaj. Es importante tener en cuenta que Alemania no reconoce la llamada «República de Nagorno-Karabaj». Además, se han reportado combates y disparos en la línea de alto el fuego en septiembre de 2022, y existe el riesgo de minas en la zona. La entrada a Nagorno-Karabaj sin un permiso azerbaiyano es un delito penal, y las autoridades azerbaiyanas no otorgan visados a viajeros con sellos de entrada de la región. In Armenia, a travel warning is issued against travel to the border area with Azerbaijan and to the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
