Perú – Actividad volcánica. Estado de emergencia en el área
El volcán Ubinas, ubicado en la región de Moquegua en el sur de Perú, ha entrado en erupción el 22 de junio, según lo informado por el Instituto de Geofísica del Perú (IGP). Actualmente, el nivel de alerta se ha elevado a naranja debido a la persistente actividad sísmica.
Ante la creciente preocupación por la erupción del volcán Ubinas, el gobierno peruano ha anunciado que se declarará el estado de emergencia en el área circundante. El Instituto Nacional de Defensa Civil (INDECI) ha aconsejado a los residentes que tomen precauciones, como usar máscaras faciales y proteger sus ojos de la ceniza volcánica.
La columna de gas tóxico liberada por el volcán ha generado preocupación por la salud de los habitantes, por lo que se recomienda tomar medidas preventivas para garantizar su seguridad. Además, se aconseja a los residentes que preparen un plan de evacuación en caso de que sea necesario abandonar sus hogares.
