Ucrania. Actualización del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores.
Se recomienda encarecidamente a los viajeros que no visiten Ucrania bajo ninguna circunstancia debido a la situación de conflicto armado que atraviesa el país. La presencia de ataques imprevisibles representa un riesgo para la seguridad en todo el territorio. Además, existen riesgos adicionales como el desabastecimiento, problemas de salud y posibles fugas radioactivas.
A aquellos ciudadanos españoles que se encuentren actualmente en Ucrania se les insta a abandonar el país siempre que sea posible hacerlo de manera segura. En caso de no poder hacerlo, se recomienda que permanezcan en un lugar seguro y que informen regularmente sobre su situación.
En caso de emergencia, los ciudadanos españoles pueden ponerse en contacto con la Embajada de España a través del teléfono de emergencia consular, que está disponible las 24 horas del día: +380503538977. También pueden comunicarse con la Embajada en los números de teléfono +380 44 5210742 y +380 44 5210743, en horario de lunes a viernes de 09:00h a 14:30h, o enviar un correo electrónico a emb.kyiv.cons@maec.es.
Es importante destacar que la zona de la Central Nuclear de Chernóbil tiene un acceso estrictamente restringido. Desde febrero de 2022 no se realizan visitas guiadas y se desaconseja altamente acercarse a sus inmediaciones.
Para aquellos españoles que, a pesar de la recomendación de abandonar el país, residan habitualmente en Ucrania o decidan trasladar allí su residencia, es necesario que se inscriban en el Registro de Matrícula Consular de la Embajada de España en Ucrania. De esta manera, la Embajada podrá tener conocimiento de su presencia en el país y brindarles la asistencia necesaria.

Ukraine. Update from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Travellers are strongly advised not to visit Ukraine under any circumstances due to the situation of armed conflict in the country. The presence of unpredictable attacks represents a security risk throughout the territory. Moreover, there are additional risks such as shortages, health problems and possible radioactive leaks.
Spanish citizens currently in Ukraine are urged to leave the country if it is possible to do so safely. If they are unable to do so, they are advised to stay in a safe place and to report regularly on their situation.

It is important to note that access to the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant site is strictly restricted. As of February 2022, there will be no guided tours and it is highly discouraged to go anywhere near the site.
For those Spaniards who, despite the recommendation to leave the country, habitually reside in Ukraine or decide to move their residence there, it is necessary to register in the Consular Register of the Spanish Embassy in Ukraine. In this way, the Embassy will be aware of their presence in the country and will be able to provide them with the necessary assistance.
