Reino Unido. Interrupciones en el servicio de Heathrow Express. 1 de diciembre.
Debido a una serie de obras de mejora ferroviaria planificadas, el servicio de Heathrow Express va a sufrir alteraciones entre las 00:01 y las 23:59 hora local del 1 de diciembre. Estos trabajos afectarán a diversas rutas y horarios, principalmente en las conexiones desde y hacia London Paddington, la Terminal 5 de Heathrow y Heathrow Central.
El servicio estará suspendido hasta las 10:25 horas.
Desde London Paddington el primer servicio saldrá a las 10:52 horas. A partir de esa hora, habrá servicios cada 30 minutos -a las 22 y 52 minutos- después de cada hora hasta las 22:57 horas.
Para aquellos viajeros que deban embarcar sus vuelos desde la Terminal 5 del aeropuerto de Heathrow (LHR), el servicio funcionará a partir de las 10:27 horas. A partir de esa hora habrá trenes cada 30 minutos -a los 27 y 57 minutos- después de cada hora hasta las 22:57.
En el caso de Heathrow Central, los viajeros también experimentarán cambios en los horarios. El primer tren saldrá a las 10:32 horas, pero a partir de entonces serán cada media hora -a los 02 y 32 minutos- después de cada hora hasta las 23:02.
Estas modificaciones afectarán a los desplazamientos entre el centro de Londres y el aeropuerto Heathrow, incrementando el tiempo de espera y alterando las opciones de conexión en las estaciones principales, especialmente en las horas punta. Los viajeros con vuelos programados desde Heathrow (LHR) se verán particularmente afectados por estos ajustes, por lo que se recomienda prever tiempo adicional para los traslados y, si es posible, verificar los horarios de trenes el mismo día del viaje.
Para aquellos con conexiones críticas, se sugiere considerar alternativas de transporte, como el servicio ferroviario alternativo de la Great Western Railway o taxis y servicios privados, para asegurar un desplazamiento oportuno y sin complicaciones.
United Kingdom. Disruptions to Heathrow Express service. 1 December.
Due to a series of planned rail improvement works, the Heathrow Express service will be disrupted between 00:01 and 23:59 local time on 1 December. These works will affect a number of routes and timetables, mainly on connections to and from London Paddington, Heathrow Terminal 5 and Heathrow Central.
The service will be suspended until 10:25 am.
From London Paddington the first service will depart at 10:52 am. From then on, services will run every 30 minutes – at 22 and 52 minutes – then every hour thereafter until 10:57 pm.

These changes will affect journeys between central London and Heathrow Airport, increasing waiting times and altering connection options at mainline stations, especially at peak times. Travellers with scheduled flights from Heathrow (LHR) will be particularly affected by these adjustments, so it is recommended to allow extra time for transfers and, if possible, check train times on the day of travel.
For those with critical connections, it is suggested that alternative transport options, such as the Great Western Railway’s alternative rail service or taxis and private services, be considered to ensure a smooth and timely journey.
