El Reino Unido sigue enfrentándose a importantes interrupciones en sus servicios de transporte tras el paso de la tormenta Eowyn azotara el país con vientos huracanados, provocando más de 500 incidentes en la red ferroviaria. Las rutas afectadas incluyen varias conexiones clave, especialmente en Escocia. Además, el ciclón Herminia se aproxima, amenazando con agravar la situación con fuertes vientos, lluvias torrenciales y posibles inundaciones.

ScotRail ha informado que varios servicios ferroviarios no podrán operar mientras se llevan a cabo reparaciones en las siguientes rutas: Kilwinning–Ayr/Largs/Ardrossan; Dalreoch–Balloch; Ayr-Stranraer; Paisley Canal; Bahía de Paisley–Gourock/Wemyss.

The United Kingdom continues to face major disruptions to its transport services after Storm Eowyn hit the country with hurricane-force winds, causing more than 500 incidents on the rail network. The routes affected include several key connections, especially in Scotland.
