Huelga Vueling en España. Sigue la huelga convocada por los tripulantes de cabina. El ministro español de transportes ha ordenado unos servicios mínimos del 22% al 80%. Todos los viernes, domingos y lunes de este periodo de tres meses están afectados por la convocatoria de huelga, así como numerosos días de los siguientes días festivos o inmediatamente anteriores: 6, 8, 24 y 31 de diciembre; y 5 de enero.

Vueling strike in Spain. The strike called by the cabin crew continues. The Spanish minister of transport has mandated minimum services of 22% to 80%. All Fridays, Sundays, and Mondays throughout this three-month period are affected by the strike call, as are numerous days on or immediately before the following public holidays: December 6th, 8th, 24th, and 31st; and January 5th.

Es aconsejable alojarse solo en hoteles reconocidos y frecuentar restaurantes que cuenten con medidas de seguridad adecuadas. No se recomienda realizar desplazamientos fuera de la ciudad de Bamako ni circular a altas horas de la noche, especialmente por los barrios de la periferia, lugares poco frecuentados y hacerlo en solitario. Es muy aconsejable evitar rutinas en los desplazamientos habituales.

The district of Bamako. Crime is on the rise in the capital, mostly involving theft of money and other valuables such as cars and motorbikes, but other types of crime are not ruled out. It is advisable to stay only in reputable hotels and to frequent restaurants with adequate security measures. It is not recommended to travel outside the city of Bamako or to travel late at night, especially in the suburbs, in places that are not frequented, and to travel alone. It is highly advisable to avoid routines in regular travel.

AMENAZA TERRORISTA CONTRA CIUDADANOS ESPAÑOLES EN LA ZONA DE LOS CAMPAMENTOS SAHARUIS:
La creciente inestabilidad en el norte de Mali y el consiguiente incremento de la actividad de los grupos terroristas en la región afectan a la situación de seguridad en la zona en la que se encuentran los campamentos saharauis de Tinduf. La Misión de Naciones Unidas MINURSO ha alertado de la posibilidad de secuestros y atentados contra españoles en los campamentos saharauis de Tinduf.
Por todo ello, se recomienda NO viajar a la zona, y que todos los viajeros españoles cuya presencia no sea imprescindible la abandonen en cuanto sea posible.

TERRORIST THREAT AGAINST SPANISH CITIZENS IN THE AREA OF THE SAHRAWI CAMPS:
The growing instability in northern Mali and the consequent increase in the activity of terrorist groups in the region affect the security situation in the area where the Sahrawi camps in Tindouf are located. The United Nations Mission MINURSO has warned of the possibility of kidnappings and attacks against Spaniards in the Saharawi camps in Tindouf.
For all these reasons, it is recommended NOT to travel to the area, and that all Spanish travellers whose presence in the area is not essential should leave as soon as possible.
Santo Tomé y Príncipe
El 25 de noviembre tuvo lugar en São Tomé un intento de golpe de Estado, actualmente bajo investigación. Aunque no ha habido un empeoramiento significativo del riesgo de seguridad para la comunidad española o los turistas, se recomienda prudencia y cumplimiento de las normas establecidas por las autoridades locales.
En las últimas semanas se han presentado algunos casos de dengue en el país. Se aconseja a los viajeros que se informen de las medidas preventivas a adoptar, entre las cuales eluso de repelente, ropa que cubra brazos y piernas y mosquiteras en puertas y ventanas.
Santo Tomé y Príncipe
An attempted coup d’état took place in São Tomé on 25 November and is currently under investigation. Although there has been no significant worsening of the security risk for the Spanish community or tourists, caution and compliance with the rules established by the local authorities is recommended.
There have been a few cases of dengue fever in the country in recent weeks. Travellers are advised to inform themselves of the preventive measures to be taken, including the use of repellent, clothing that covers arms and legs and mosquito nets on doors and windows.

Los atentados terroristas siguen siendo una amenaza constante y muy real en todo Afganistán, incluso en Kabul y en los pasos fronterizos terrestres. Es extremadamente peligroso viajar por todo Afganistán. En todo el país se producen incidentes violentos. Afghanistan’s situation remains extremely volatile. All travel to and within Afghanistan is still prohibited. Terrorist attacks remain a constant and very real threat throughout Afghanistan, including in Kabul and at land border crossings. It is extremely dangerous to travel throughout Afghanistan. Across the country, violent incidents occur. Aid and humanitarian workers are not immune to harassment, terrorism, or kidnapping. Terrorists continue to target non-governmental organisations and humanitarian operations throughout the country, including Kabul. Convoys have been targeted as well.
Land borders may close to Afghan travellers attempting to cross. If you attempt to leave by any means, you must carefully consider the risks.
Make sure your lodging is secure, and review your personal security plans on a regular basis. Take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety.
Myanmar
Debido a los continuos disturbios civiles y al conflicto armado, seguimos aconsejando no viajar a Myanmar. Salga de Myanmar por medios comerciales si es seguro hacerlo. Manténgase constantemente al tanto del entorno de seguridad. Sea precavido y esté atento a los medios de comunicación. Evite todas las reuniones públicas, las protestas y las zonas conocidas o potenciales de disturbios. Due to ongoing civil unrest and armed conflict, we continue to advise you to ‘do not travel’ to Myanmar. Leave Myanmar by commercial means if it is safe to do so. Maintain constant awareness of the security environment. Use caution and keep a close eye on the media. Avoid all public gatherings, protests, and known or potential areas of unrest. Explosions and attacks can happen anywhere and at any time, including in Yangon. The location and intensity of attacks are unpredictable.
Infrastructure, police and military vehicles, as well as security and administrative personnel, have been the primary targets. Civilian infrastructure, such as hotels and serviced apartments, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, schools, gas stations, and supermarkets, could also be targets. Use caution in townships where martial law is in effect. A curfew is still in effect. Detentions have been widespread, including of foreigners.
