Más de 290 trabajadores del personal de seguridad del aeropuerto de Alicante-Elche (ALC) continuarán realizando una serie de paros parciales durante los últimos días del mes de agosto, coincidiendo con un periodo de alta actividad en el aeropuerto debido a las operaciones de retorno de las vacaciones estivales.
Las huelgas se llevarán a cabo en dos franjas horarias diarias: de 08:30 a 09:30 hora local y de 18:00 a 19:00 horas, los días 30 y 31 de agosto y 1 de septiembre.
A pesar de la convocatoria de paros, se estima que no se producirán complicaciones significativas en las operaciones del aeropuerto, dado el bajo seguimiento de las huelgas hasta la fecha.
– Se aconseja a los viajeros que lleguen al aeropuerto con antelación suficiente para evitar posibles retrasos.
– Se recomienda verificar el estado de su vuelo y cualquier posible alteración en los horarios de salida y llegada a través de la página web del aeropuerto o con la aerolínea correspondiente.
– Asegurarse tener toda la documentación de viaje a mano y lista para su presentación en los controles de seguridad permitirá agilizar el proceso.

More than 290 security staff at Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) continue to carry out a series of partial stoppages during the last days of August, coinciding with a period of high activity at the airport due to the return operations from the summer holidays.
The strikes will take place in two daily time slots: from 08:30 to 09:30 and from 18:00 to 19:00 local time, on 30 and 31 August and 1 September.
Despite the stoppages, it is estimated that there will be no significant complications in the airport’s operations, given the low number of strikes to date.
