Es importante destacar que esta huelga no afectará los servicios esenciales en las áreas afectadas por las inundaciones en Emilia Romagna. Además, la huelga involucrará tanto al sector público como al privado, lo que significa que es probable que tenga un impacto en toda la economia italiana.
Las empresas de transporte también se verán afectadas por la huelga. Trenitalia ha informado que del 9 al 17 de mayo, los trenes pueden cancelarse o cambiarse, a excepción de Emilia Romagna. No se prevén cambios para los trenes de larga distancia, pero podría haber cambios de última hora.
