  • Germany: requires a 10-day quarantine and a negative COVID-19 medical certificate. This period can be shortened by performing a PCR test after 5 days confirming a negative result. This registration form must be completed prior to departure and the confirmation received must be presented upon arrival in Germany. *Travelers presenting a valid certificate of full COVID-19 vaccination are exempt from testing and quarantine requirements provided they have not visited a ‘variant area of concern’ within the previous 10 days.
  • Austria: does not require quarantine, but if another country has been visited in the past few days where the incidence is not low, travelers must provide an essential reason for entering Austria and quarantine upon arrival. A negative COVID-19 medical certificate must also be provided, as well as a pre-arrival authorization. This can be obtained here. *Travelers presenting a valid certificate of full COVID-19 vaccination are exempt from testing and quarantine requirements.
  • Belgium: requires 10 days quarantine and PCR with negative result. A PCR test will be administered on days 1 and 7 of quarantine. Those visiting Belgium for less than 48 hours are exempt from quarantine and testing upon arrival, but must follow the instructions sent to them by SMS after completing this ‘Passenger Locator Form‘. An associated ‘affidavit’ must also be carried throughout the journey.
  • Bulgaria: citizens and residents arriving without a negative PCR test result must undergo a 10-day quarantine. This period may be shortened if a PCR is performed within 24 hours of arrival and the result is negative. Also, it is necessary to submit this ‘own risk travel declaration‘. *Travelers presenting a valid certificate of full COVID-19 vaccination are exempt from testing requirements.
  • Croatia: does not require quarantine, but does require confirmation of accommodation booking or proof of ownership. Completion of this travel form is also recommended. If a negative PCR is not presented, travelers are subject to coronavirus testing at the airport as well as ‘self-isolation’ until a negative result is presented. *Travelers presenting a valid certificate of full COVID-19 vaccination are exempt from testing and quarantine requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure.
  • Denmark: does not allow tourist travel.
  • Egypt: does not require quarantine, but does require negative PCR and a ‘Health Declaration Form’ to be presented on arrival. All travelers must provide proof of travel insurance including full coverage of COVID-19 medical expenses and accommodation in case of any quarantine requirement.
  • Finland: does not allow travel for tourism.
  • France: requires the presentation of a negative PCR test performed within the previous 72 hours for all European travelers wishing to enter the country by air. Also, passengers must have a completed affidavit which can be obtained here, and may be subjected to PCR testing and quarantine upon arrival. *Travelers presenting a valid international certificate of full COVID-19 vaccination, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from testing requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure, with the exception of Johnson and Johnson vaccine, which must have been administered at least 28 days prior to departure.
  • Greece: Negative PCR test is required. This passenger locator form must also be completed. *Travelers presenting a valid international certificate of full COVID-19 vaccination, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from testing requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure.
  • Hungary: does not allow tourist travel.
    Ireland: requires 14-day quarantine for travelers from Spain, PCR negative and completion of this form prior to travel. A PCR test can be submitted 5 days after arrival and, if the result is negative, quarantine is no longer required.   • Iceland: requires a negative PCR and completion of this form. A 5-day ‘self-quarantine’ is required until a negative result is confirmed. In addition, all travelers, including vaccinated or previously infected travelers, will be tested for COVID-19 upon arrival. Travelers are advised to install this application. *Travelers presenting a valid certificate of full COVID-19 vaccination are exempt from testing and quarantine requirements.
  • Italy: Requires negative PCR within 72 hours prior to entry into Italy. This form must also be completed. If you do not present PCR negative upon arrival, Italy imposes a 10-day quarantine which will need to be followed by another test. Also, you must call the COVID-19 helpline of the region you are visiting within 48 hours of your arrival to inform them of your visit. You can find more information here.
  • Latvia: does not allow entry of tourist travelers.
  • Lithuania: requires a 10-day quarantine, negative PCR and completion of this online form. Quarantine may be reduced if a PCR is performed on day 7 and the result is negative. *Travelers presenting a valid certificate of full COVID-19 vaccination are exempt from testing and quarantine requirements.
  • Malta: does not require quarantine, but does require a negative PCR performed within 72 hours prior to travel and completion of the two forms which can be found here. Passengers without negative PCR are subject to a COVID-19 test on arrival, as well as a 14-day quarantine.
  • Moldova: requires PCR negative. If PCR negative, travelers must remain in quarantine for 14 days. This period may be shortened if a test is performed on day 10 and the result is negative. Upon arrival in Moldova, a questionnaire must be completed and a declaration signed agreeing to undergo a 14-day ‘self-isolation’ if necessary. *Travelers presenting a valid certificate of full COVID-19 vaccination are exempt from testing and quarantine requirements.
  • Morocco: does not allow entry of travelers.
  • Norway: does not allow entry of tourists.
  • Netherlands: recommends a 10-day quarantine which may end on day 5 if a negative PCR is presented. A negative PCR test and this health declaration form must be presented before leaving Spain.
  • Poland: requires a 10-day quarantine although travelers may submit a PCR, taken within 48 hours, and exit if the result is negative. **Travelers presenting a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of an approved vaccine, are exempt from quarantine.
  • Portugal: requires presentation of a PCR with negative result performed up to 72 hours prior to take-off and travelers may be subject to medical checks. Also, a completed electronic ‘Passenger Locator Card’ must be presented upon boarding. The form can be found here.
  • United Kingdom: all travelers traveling from Spain must maintain a 10-day quarantine, as well as show a negative PCR performed no more than 72 hours in advance. In addition, they must undergo two COVID diagnostic tests during the mandatory 10-day quarantine, one on day 2 and one on day 8 of isolation. Also, they must provide their contact information so that the authorities can check the follow-up of this measure, through an online form up to 48 hours before their trip. Upon arrival in the country, they must show the completed form.
  • Czech Republic: does not allow tourist travel.
  • Romania: does not require quarantine or negative PCR, but this form must be filled in.
  • Russia: does not allow entry of tourist travelers.
  • Sweden: does not allow tourist travel.
  • Switzerland: does not require quarantine for Spanish travelers, but does require negative PCR, contact information through this form and this Contact Tracking Card. *Travelers presenting a valid certificate of full COVID-19 vaccination are exempt from testing and quarantine requirements.
  • Turkey: does not require quarantine, but does require negative PCR and presentation of 2 forms on arrival: entry and passenger tracking.
