Huelga Vueling en España. El ministro español de transportes ha ordenado unos servicios mínimos del 22% al 80%. Todos los viernes, domingos y lunes de este periodo de tres meses están afectados por la convocatoria de huelga, así como numerosos días de los siguientes días festivos o inmediatamente anteriores: 6, 8, 24 y 31 de diciembre; y 5 de enero.

Vueling strike in Spain. Low-cost Spanish airline Vueling cancelled 58 flights on Monday as cabin crew continued their stoppages, strikes which are expected to continue until after Christmas. The Spanish minister of transport has mandated minimum services of 22% to 80%. All Fridays, Sundays, and Mondays throughout this three-month period are affected by the strike call, as are numerous days on or immediately before the following public holidays: December 6th, 8th, 24th, and 31st; and January 5th.

- Berlin airport reopens runways after climate protest. Berlin Brandenburg Airport said on Thursday flights were resuming with some delays after it was earlier forced to close its runways as climate protesters broke into the site and some of them glued themselves to the tarmac.
Some 13 flights had been diverted to airports in the eastern state Saxony by 6 p.m - Due to necessary construction work on their runway, the Münster/Osnabrück airport will be closed until 11/30/22.

Rail companies are advising passengers that some services from Wales will be severely disrupted, and some will not run at all on Saturday 26 November, as a result of a further train driver strike called by the leadership of train drivers’ union Aslef.
A walkout by train drivers will affect the following train operators: Avanti West Coast; Chiltern Railways; CrossCountry; East Midlands Railway; Great Western Railway; Greater Anglia; London North Eastern Railway; Northern Trains; Southeastern; Transpennine Express, and West Midlands Trains.
Passengers traveling to England v South Africa at Twickenham and to Cardiff for the Autumn International match Wales v Australia on Saturday 26 November are advised to check with their train operator for travel updates as many trains across the network will be affected.

Por determinación de la ANVISA (Agencia Nacional de Vigilancia Sanitaria), a partir del 25 de noviembre de 2022, el uso de mascarillas volverá a ser obligatorio en los aeropuertos y en los vuelos que sobrevuelen el territorio brasileño, con el fin de reducir el riesgo de infección por el Covid-19.
Los pasajeros deberán llevar mascarilla al embarcar y desembarcar de los vuelos de TAP en Brasil.
Brasil
By determination of ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency), as of November 25th, 2022, the use of masks will again be mandatory at airports and on flights over Brazilian territory in order to reduce the risk of infection from Covid-19.
Passengers must wear masks when boarding and disembarking from TAP flights in Brazil.
Venezuela
Debido a las condiciones de seguridad se recomienda extremar las precauciones. De igual modo se ha de tener en cuenta los problemas de abastecimiento de combustible en las zonas alejadas de Caracas. Aunque las autoridades venezolanas decretaron el esado de alarma el 14.03-2020, el sector público como el privado opera con normalidad. En los recintos interiores se exige el uso de mascarilla.
Los vuelos internos operan con normalidad. Los vuelos internacionales se han retomado con un número limitado de destinos (Turquía, México, Panamá, República Dominicana, Bolivia, Rusia, Colombia) que se espera aumenten progresivamente. Desde julio de 2022 hay de nuevo vuelos directos entre Caracas y Madrid. Se permite la entrada en Venezuela de terceros nacionales para estancias menores de 90 días.
Los pasos terrestres en las fronteras con Brasil permanecen cerrados, sin embargo se ha reabierto los pasos con Colombia. Es muy difícil encontrar efectivo en moneda nacional o en divisa cuando se realizan pagos en los comercios.
De modo simplificado, a día de hoy (21/11/2022) los viajeros se dividen en dos grupos:
a) los ciudadanos titulares de un pasaporte español o de otro Estado de la UE, o residentes habituales en la UE: no se practican controles sanitarios.
b) Otros viajeros de otros países que viajen por turismo: se les puede exigir mostrar uno de los siguientes certificados:
a. Certificado de vacunación: válido desde los 14 días siguientes a la pauta completa hasta los 270 días. Después será necesaria una dosis de refuerzo.
b. Certificado negativo de test covid: PCR tomado 72 horas antes de la entrada en España/ Antígeno tomado 24 horas antes.
c. Certificado de recuperación: desde 11 días después a haber dado positivo hasta 180 días después.
Venezuela
Due to security conditions, extreme caution is recommended. Also to be taken into account are the fuel supply problems in the remote areas of Caracas. Although the Venezuelan authorities declared a state of alarm on 14.03-2020, the public and private sectors are operating normally. Indoors, the use of face masks is required.
Domestic flights are operating normally. International flights have resumed with a limited number of destinations (Turkey, Mexico, Panama, Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Russia, Colombia) which are expected to increase progressively. From July 2022 there are again direct flights between Caracas and Madrid. Third country nationals are allowed to enter Venezuela for stays of less than 90 days.
Land crossings at the borders with Brazil remain closed, but crossings with Colombia have been reopened. It is very difficult to find cash in local currency or in foreign currency when making payments in shops.
In simplified terms, travellers are currently (21/11/2022) divided into two groups:
(a) citizens holding a Spanish passport or a passport of another EU state, or habitual residents in the EU: no health checks are carried out.
b) Other travellers from other countries travelling for tourism: they may be required to show one of the following certificates:
a. Vaccination certificate: valid from 14 days after the full course until 270 days. Thereafter a booster dose will be required.
b. Negative certificate of covid test: PCR taken 72 hours before entry into Spain/ Antigen taken 24 hours before.
c. Certificate of recovery: from 11 days after testing positive until 180 days after.

Myanmar
No viaje a Myanmar debido a los disturbios civiles y al conflicto armado en curso. Si es seguro hacerlo, salga de Myanmar por medios comerciales. Esté al tanto del entorno de seguridad en todo momento. Evite todas las reuniones públicas, protestas y áreas de disturbios conocidos y posibles.
También han habido objetivos civiles, incluidos hoteles, restaurantes, bares, centros comerciales, escuelas, gasolineras y supermercados. Tenga cuidado en los municipios bajo la ley marcial. Se mantiene el toque de queda. Ha habido detenciones generalizadas, incluso de extranjeros.
Myanmar
It is recommended not travel to Myanmar due to ongoing civil unrest and armed conflict. If it’s safe to do so, leave Myanmar via commercial means. Remain aware of the security environment at all times. Avoid all public gatherings, protests and areas of known and possible unrest.
There have also been civilian targets, including hotels, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, schools, petrol stations and supermarkets. Exercise caution in townships under martial law. A curfew remains in place. There have been widespread detentions, including of foreigners.
China
Los requisitos y procedimientos de entrada a China han cambiado. Se le pedirá que se haga una prueba de ácido nucleico antes de la salida. China’s entry requirements and procedures have changed. You’ll be required to have a nucleic acid test prior to departure. You’ll be subject to centralised quarantine at the first point of entry to China, with an additional period of home health monitoring that will be determined by the local authorities.
Further COVID-19 outbreaks throughout China are possible. Control measures, including flight suspensions, re-routing or increased quarantine periods, may be imposed with little or no warning. Stay informed of local conditions, particularly if you intend to travel within China.

Qatar
Qatar organiza la Copa Mundial de Fútbol hasta el 18 de diciembre de 2022. Asegúrese de tener mucho cuidado con su pasaporte. Si pierde su pasaporte, no podrá entrar en Qatar y tendrá que volver a casa.
Las autoridades qataríes han anunciado que hasta el 23 de enero de 2023, sólo permitirán la entrada a los titulares de la tarjeta Hayya, residentes y nacionales de Qatar. Los ciudadanos de Emiratos Arabes Unidos titulares de una tarjeta de identificación qatarí, los titulares de visados personales, los permisos de entrada por motivos de trabajo y los casos humanitarios aprobados podrán entrar durante este periodo. La tarjeta Hayya servirá como único permiso de entrada para los visitantes, y no se expedirá ningún otro permiso estándar de visita o viaje, ni siquiera de exención de visado, durante este periodo.
Para solicitar la tarjeta Hayya, será necesario adquirir previamente una entrada para un partido de fútbol del Mundial. Adicionalmente, para los turistas que no tengan residencia en Qatar, será necesario que realicen una reserva de alojamiento. Tanto la entrada como la reserva de alojamiento tendrán que ser introducidos en el portal para solicitar la tarjeta Hayya. Se recomienda realizar la solicitud de la tarjeta con la suficiente antelación, pues ésta tendrá que ser validada por las autoridades cataríes. Para el caso de turistas que vayan a realizar viajes de un día a Qatar, sin pasar la noche, para ver un partido, será necesario especificar la hora y fecha de los billetes de avión en el portal Hayya. En este caso, no será necesario realizar una reserva de hotel. Se recuerda que, en caso de incumplimiento del compromiso de salida de Qatar en el mismo día, será aplicada una multa diaria por incumplimiento de las condiciones de estancia.
Para el caso de residentes en Qatar que adquieran una entrada de fútbol, no será necesario realizar una reserva adicional de alojamiento. En todo caso, será necesario obtener una tarjeta Hayya, utilizando su Qatar ID para rellenar el formulario de solicitud, que será necesaria, junto a la entrada, para acceder a los estadios.

Qatar hosts the Football World Cup until 18 December 2022. If you’re heading to Qatar for the World Cup, make sure you take extra care with your passport. If you lose your passport, you won’t be able to enter Qatar and will have to return home.
The Qatari authorities have now announced that effective from 1 November 2022 to 23 January 2023, they will only allow entry to only Hayya card holders, residents and nationals of Qatar. The Hayya Card will serve as the only entry permit for visitors, and no other standard visit or travel or even visa-free permits will be issued during this period.
Residents and GCC citizens holding a Qatari ID card, holders of personal visas, work entry permits, and approved humanitarian cases will be allowed entry during this period.
In order to apply for a Hajjah Card, a ticket for a World Cup football match must be purchased in advance. Additionally, for tourists who are not resident in Qatar, an accommodation reservation is required. Both the ticket and the accommodation booking will need to be entered into the portal to apply for the Hayya Card. It is recommended to apply for the card well in advance, as the card will need to be validated by the Qatari authorities. For tourists making day trips to Qatar, without an overnight stay, to watch a match, it will be necessary to specify the time and date of the flight tickets on the Hayya portal. In this case, it will not be necessary to make a hotel reservation. Please note that in case of non-compliance with the commitment to leave Qatar on the same day, a daily fine will be applied for non-compliance with the conditions of stay.
In the case of Qatar residents purchasing a football ticket, no additional accommodation booking will be required.
