A partir de hoy 1 de febrero, las personas que viajen a España y necesiten hacerse una prueba de Covid-19 para ingresar al país deberán hacerlo dentro de las 24 horas antes de su llegada al país en lugar de las 48 horas si eligen una prueba de antígeno. La regla para las pruebas de PCR sigue siendo de 72 horas.
Actualmente, esto incluye a viajeros no vacunados de países de la UE/EEE, así como a residentes y ciudadanos españoles que no han recibido ninguna dosis de vacuna contra el covid-19, y varias categorías de terceros países relacionadas con viajes esenciales. Los viajeros no vacunados de la mayoría de países no pertenecientes a la UE/EEE no pueden visitar España.
Si la prueba de antígeno tiene el marcado CE, cumple los requisitos mínimos de rendimiento de ≥ 90 % de sensibilidad y ≥ 97 % de especificidad y ha sido validada por al menos un Estado miembro, será aceptada por las autoridades fronterizas españolas.
Todas las llegadas internacionales a España también tienen que rellenar un formulario de control sanitario antes de visitar España.
From February 1st, people travelling to Spain who need to take a Covid-19 test to enter the country will have to get tested within 24 hours before their arrival in the country rather than 48 hours if they choose an antigen test. the rule for PCR tests remains 72 hours.
This currently includes unvaccinated travellers from EU/EEA nations as well as Spanish residents and nationals who haven’t had any Covid-19 vaccine doses, and several third-country categories relating to essential travel. Unvaccinated travellers from the majority of non-EU/EEA countries cannot visit Spain.
If the antigen test has a CE marking, it meets the minimum performance requirements of ≥ 90 percent sensitivity and ≥ 97 percent specificity and has been validated by at least one Member State, it will be accepted by Spanish border authorities.
All international arrivals in Spain also have to fill in a health control form before visiting Spain.
