En respuesta a la convocatoria de huelga para el viernes 24 de noviembre por los Comités Generales de Empresa de Adif y Renfe, el Ministerio de Transportes y Movilidad Sostenible de España, junto con el departament d’Empresa i Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya, ha establecido servicios mínimos para garantizar la movilidad de viajeros y mercancías. Se espera que el resto de operadores ferroviarios mantengan los servicios en un 72 % de sus servicios al impactar la huelga de ADIF como responsable de las infraestructuras y estaciones.
Servicios Mínimos Establecidos
– Cercanías: Funcionarán al 75% de su capacidad en horas punta (06:00 a 09:00, 14:00 a 16:00 y 18:30 a 20:30) y al 50% durante el resto del día.
– Media Distancia: Operará al 65%.
– AVE – Larga Distancia: Mantendrá un 72% de su servicio.
– Rodalies de Catalunya: Circulará el 66% de los trenes en horas punta (06:00 a 09:30 y 17:00 a 20:30) y el 33% en otros horarios.
Este paro puede afectar significativamente a las poblaciones servidas por estas redes ferroviarias. Se recomienda presentarse en la estación con la máxima antelación posible a la salida del tren.
Renfe ha anunciado medidas de postventa para aquellos cuyos viajes se vean afectados:
– Se ofrecerá viajar en otro tren lo más cercano posible al horario original, siempre que sea posible.
– Los viajeros que opten por no viajar podrán anular o cambiar su billete para otra fecha sin costo adicional, a través de todos los canales de venta de Renfe.
– Estas medidas buscan minimizar las molestias durante la jornada de huelga, asegurando servicios esenciales y ofreciendo alternativas a los viajeros afectados.

Minimum Services Established

Renfe has announced after-sales measures for those whose journeys are affected:
– They will offer to travel on another train as close as possible to the original timetable, whenever possible.
– Travellers who choose not to travel will be able to cancel or change their ticket for another date at no additional cost, through all Renfe sales channels.
– These measures seek to minimise inconvenience during the strike day, ensuring essential services and offering alternatives to affected passengers.
