Afectaciones en vuelos de Ita Airways.Una huelga de controladores de vuelo desde las 13.00 hasta las 17.00 horas del domingo 2 de abril podría afectar al horario de los vuelos de ITA Airways. Por ello, la aerolínea se ha visto obligada a cancelar algunos vuelos nacionales e internacionales del 2 de abril.

Para minimizar las molestias a los pasajeros, ITA Airways ha puesto en marcha un plan extraordinario y ha vuelto a reservar al mayor número posible de viajeros afectados por las cancelaciones: El 35% podrá volar el 2 de abril.
ITA Airways invita a todos los clientes que ya tengan billetes para viajar el 2 de abril a comprobar el estado de sus vuelos antes de ir al aeropuerto en la página web ita-airways.com, o llamando a la aerolínea al número gratuito 800 93 60 90 (dentro de Italia), al +39 06 8596 0020 (desde el extranjero).
Los viajeros que tengan billetes y se vean afectados por una cancelación o cambio de horario de los vuelos de ITA Airways el 2 de abril pueden volver a reservar su vuelo sin coste adicional ni penalización, o solicitar el reembolso íntegro del billete (sólo si el vuelo se cancela o el retraso en la salida es superior a 5 horas) antes del 5 de abril de 2023.
Se recomienda a las personas que vuelen a Italia o salgan de este país que sigan la evolución de la situación, prevean retrasos y cancelaciones de vuelos, confirmen las reservas de vuelos antes de salir hacia el aeropuerto y se pongan en contacto con su compañía aérea para obtener más información.

An industrial action of flight controllers from 1.00 pm CET to 5.00 pm CET of Sunday 2 April 2023 could affect the schedule of ITA Airways flights. The Airline was therefore forced to cancel some domestic and international flights of 2 April 2023.
To minimize inconvenience for passengers, ITA Airways has put in place an extraordinary plan and rebooked the highest possible number of travelers impacted by the cancellations: 35% will be able to fly on 2 April.
ITA Airways invites all customers already holding tickets for travel on 2 April to check the status of their flights before going to the airport on the ita-airways.com website, or by calling the airline at the toll-free number 800 93 60 90 (within Italy), at +39 +39 06 8596 0020 (from abroad).
Travellers holding tickets and eventually affected by a cancellation or schedule change of ITA Airways flights on 2 April can rebook their flight at no additional cost or penalty, or ask for a full ticket refund (only if the flight is cancelled or the delay on departure exceeds 5 hours) by 5 April 2023.
