Bolivia. Los viajeros deben registrarse en la Dirección General de Migración
El Ministerio de asuntos exteriores ha actualizado la información avisando de que al ingresar a Bolivia es necesario que el viajero se registre en el plazo de 48 horas en la Dirección General de Migración (http://sistemas.migracion.gob.bo/sigemig/#/seguridad/login y rellene el formulario indicando dónde se va a alojar a lo largo de su estancia. Este requisito también es obligatorio para los residentes, sin importar el tiempo que lleven viviendo en el país. Dicho formulario será revisado por las autoridades fronterizas al abandonar Bolivia y, en caso de no haberlo rellenado, el ciudadano extranjero podrá verse sujeto al pago de una multa (unos 300 bolivianos).En el caso de ingresar en Bolivia por vía aérea, la Dirección General de Migraciones, que realiza el control migratorio aeroportuario, se ocupa de registrar al viajero, por lo que el mismo no tiene que rellenar el formulario indicado más arriba y registrarse. Se recomienda verificar que el registro ha sido realizad correctamente con las propias autoridades migratorias aeroportuarias.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has updated information advising that when entering Bolivia it is necessary for travellers to register within 48 hours at the General Directorate of Migration (http://sistemas.migracion.gob.bo/sigemig/#/seguridad/login and fill in the form indicating where they will be staying during their stay. This requirement is also mandatory for RESIDENTS, regardless of how long they have been living in the country. This form will be checked by the border authorities when leaving Bolivia and, if not filled in, the foreign citizen may be subject to a fine (about 300 Bolivianos). In the case of entering Bolivia by air, the General Directorate of Migration, which carries out the airport immigration control, is responsible for registering the traveller, so the traveller does not have to fill in the form indicated above and register. It is recommended to verify that the registration has been carried out correctly with the airport immigration authorities themselves.
