La ciudad de Pamplona se prepara para una huelga en la que se han establecido servicios mínimos en el Transporte Urbano Comarcal (TUC) de Pamplona, que incluyen un funcionamiento del 60% en las horas pico (6:30 a 9:30; 13:00 a 15:30 y 17:00 a 20:30 h) y del 40% en las horas valle (9:30 a 13:00; 15:30 a 17:00 y 20:30 a 22:30 h).

Estos cambios en los servicios de autobuses podrían afectar significativamente a residentes y viajeros en la ciudad. La huelga también influirá en los turnos laborales de los empleados del TUC, afectando el servicio nocturno. Para la noche del jueves 30, se han garantizado servicios mínimos que asegurarán al menos un viaje por hora en cada línea nocturna, excepto en las líneas N8 y N9, donde se realizará un servicio mínimo cada dos horas.

Los viajeros que necesiten desplazarse desde el centro de la ciudad hacia las cercanías del aeropuerto (PNA) (línea 16) también estará afectada, ya que este servicio se verá afectado por la huelga.
