Air France y KLM informan que, siguiendo instrucciones de AENA, a partir de las 00.00h del miércoles 1 de diciembre de 2021, la facturación de sus vuelos y embarques en el aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas se volverán a llevar a cabo desde la Terminal 2 (actualmente la Compañía opera desde la Terminal 1).
Todos los clientes que vayan a tomar un vuelo operado por Air France o KLM desde dicho aeropuerto a partir del miércoles 1 de diciembre, deberán dirigirse a la Terminal 2 de Madrid-Barajas para la facturación y embarque. Los mostradores previstos para la facturación estarán situados entre los números 427 y 431. La compañía ruega a sus clientes que confirmen dichos mostradores de facturación en los paneles informativos a la llegada a la Terminal.
El filtro de seguridad de la Terminal 2 VIP (Fastrack) estará abierto todos los días en las siguientes franjas horarias: de 5h00 a 8h00 y de 12h00 a 15h00.
Air France and KLM inform that, following instructions from AENA, as of 00.00h on Wednesday 1 December 2021, check-in and boarding at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport will once again be carried out from Terminal 2 (the Company currently operates from Terminal 1).
All customers taking an Air France or KLM-operated flight from this airport from Wednesday 1 December must go to Terminal 2 at Madrid-Barajas for check-in and boarding. The check-in counters will be located between numbers 427 and 431. The company asks its customers to confirm these check-in counters on the information panels on arrival at the Terminal.
The security checkpoint at Terminal 2 VIP (Fastrack) will be open daily during the following hours: from 5:00 to 8:00 and from 12:00 to 15:00.
