ARGENTINA. Las fronteras de Argentina se han reabierto a los extranjeros no residentes que estén completamente vacunados contra la COVID-19.
Los extranjeros no residentes que no estén totalmente vacunados pueden solicitar la entrada en Argentina por diversos motivos, entre ellos por negocios, deportes o razones humanitarias.
Todos los viajeros que reúnan los requisitos para llegar a Argentina deben completar una declaración reglamentaria en las 48 horas anteriores al viaje. Como parte de la declaración, deben presentar un resultado negativo de la prueba de COVID-19 tomada dentro de las 72 horas anteriores al embarque, un seguro médico/de viaje válido que cubra la COVID-19 y un certificado de vacunación contra la COVID-19 (si procede).
A partir del 1 de noviembre, algunos aeropuertos internacionales del país han reabierto sus puertas, y la mayoría de los vuelos internacionales tienen como destino y origen Buenos Aires; el puerto marítimo de Buenos Aires también está abierto a las llegadas internacionales.
- Los extranjeros que entren en Argentina no están obligados a pasar la cuarentena a su llegada, siempre que se hayan vacunado completamente al menos dos semanas antes de su llegada y se sometan a una prueba de COVID-19 (PCR) entre el quinto y el séptimo día después de su llegada.
- Los viajeros que no estén totalmente vacunados en el momento de su llegada deberán autoaislarse durante al menos 7 días desde su llegada hasta que reciban un resultado negativo en la prueba de COVID-19 (PCR) realizada el último día de autoaislamiento.

ESPAÑA. España prolonga la prohibición de entrada a terceros países hasta el 30 de noviembre. En cambio, quienes presenten un certificado de vacunación que indique que el titular ha sido totalmente inmunizado contra el virus con una de las dosis aceptadas, podrán entrar en España para viajar sin tener que aportar un motivo esencial para su viaje.
La lista de terceros países epidemiológicamente seguros de España incluye actualmente a Arabia Saudí, Australia, Argentina, Bahrein, Canadá, China, Chile, Colombia, Emiratos Árabes Unidos, Jordania, Kuwait, Namibia, Nueva Zelanda, Perú, Qatar, Ruanda, Singapur, Ucrania, Uruguay, Taiwán y las regiones administrativas chinas de Macao y Hong Kong.
Los viajeros de cualquiera de los terceros países seguros mencionados anteriormente pueden viajar a España sin estar sujetos a la prohibición de viajar ni a la obligación de someterse a las pruebas. No obstante, siguen estando obligados a rellenar un formulario de control sanitario.
ARGENTINA. Argentina’s borders have reopened to non-resident foreign nationals, who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Non-resident foreigners who are not fully vaccinated can apply to enter Argentina on various grounds, including for business, sports or humanitarian reasons.
All eligible travellers arriving in Argentina must complete a statutory declaration in the 48 hours before travel. As part of the declaration you must provide a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours prior to boarding, valid travel/medical insurance covering COVID-19 and a COVID-19 vaccination certificate (if applicable).
As of Nov. 1, select international airports in the country have reopened, with the majority of international flights serving routes to/from Buenos Aires; Buenos Aires seaport is also open to international arrivals.
- Foreign nationals entering Argentina are not required to quarantine on arrival, as long as you have been fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and undertake a COVID-19 (PCR) test between the 5th and 7th days after arrival.
- Travellers who are not fully vaccinated at the time of arrival will need to self-isolate for at least 7 days from arrival until they receive a negative COVID-19 (PCR) test result taken on the final day of self-isolation.
Follow all official instructions and reconfirm all travel arrangements and business appointments.
SPAIN. Spanish government has decided to extend the entry ban imposed against the majority of third countries until November 30. On the other hand, those who present a vaccination certificate that indicates that the holder has been fully immunised against the virus with one of the accepted doses can enter Spain for travel purposes without having to provide an essential reason for their trip.
Spain’s list of epidemiologically safe third countries at the moment includes Australia, Argentina, Bahrein, Canada, China, Chile, Colombia, Jordan, Kuwait, Namibia, New Zealand, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Taiwan, and the Chinese administrative regions of Macau and Hong Kong.
Travellers from any of the safe third countries mentioned above are permitted to travel to Spain without being subject to the travel ban or the testing requirement. Nonetheless, they are still obliged to fill in a Health Control form.
