The US makes its travel recommendations more flexible to more than 30 countries, including Spain

 

Update. The US State Department has announced the relaxation of its recommendations to travel to more than 30 countries, including Spain, France, Germany, Greece, Mexico, Canada, South Korea and Singapore, among others. Spain and these countries are at level 3.
In the update of the CDC guide, several countries have gone from level 4 which implies the recommendation of do not travel to level 3 which means reconsider travel. This means that people who want to travel to these countries are advised to be sure that they are completely vaccinated while those who are not, avoid non-essential travel. 

UK. All Caledonian Sleeper services will be canceled during planned 11-day strike from 15-26 June. It would cause significant disruption for people who had booked to travel on board the overnight rail service between London and Scotland.

Portugal. Lisbon Metro workers will go on strike on Thursday, 24 June.
The strike will run from 5 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., local times.
Lisbon Metro workers will also take part in the strike called by the Federation of Transport and Communications Unions (FECTRANS) on Friday, 25 June, which is expected to affect train services across the country.
Allow additional time for travel to destinations throughout Lisbon, including Lisbon Airport, during the morning of June 24. Confirm taxi and rental car reservations.
