A partir del 23 de noviembre, España exigirá a los pasajeros internacionales que lleguen de países de alto riesgo que presenten una prueba de PCR negativa realizada dentro de las 72 horas anteriores a su llegada para poder entrar al país a través de puertos o aeropuertos. Este requisito se aplicará independientemente de la nacionalidad del pasajero pero no afectará a quienes accedan a España por vía terrestre.
Esta medida se incluirá en el Formulario de Control Sanitario, que todos los pasajeros deberán completar antes de su ingreso al país, y se suma a los controles ya realizados a todos los pasajeros internacionales en los puntos de ingreso, como controles de temperatura e inspecciones visuales.

Hay limitaciones para desplazarse en distintas comunidades y restricciones a la movilidad nocturna en todo el territorio español salvo Canarias. Los pasajeros en tránsito no se verán afectados.
Si tu desplazamiento hacia o desde el aeropuerto se debe realizar durante un horario con restricciones a la movilidad, es importante que conserves la documentación de tu vuelo para poder justificarlo ante las autoridades.
Andalucía. Hasta el 24 de noviembre se restringe la entrada y salida de la Comunidad Autónoma, así como de cada uno de los municipios de la comunidad, y se limita la circulación desde las 22.00 h hasta las 7.00 h.
Aragón. Confinamiento perimetral de las provincias de Huesca, Teruel y Zaragoza y de toda la Comunidad, manteniendo la misma medida en las ciudades de Zaragoza, Huesca y Teruel.
Cantabria. Confinamiento perimetral en toda la comunidad y en cada uno de los términos municipales hasta el 18 de noviembre. Se restringe la movilidad nocturna en toda la Comunidad entre las 00.00 h y las 6.00 h.
Castilla-La Mancha. Confinamiento perimetral de toda la Comunidad hasta el 18 de noviembre y se restringe la movilidad nocturna entre las 00.00 h y las 6.00 h.
Castilla y León. Confinamiento perimetral de toda la Comunidad hasta el 23 de noviembre. Limitada la libertad de circulación de las personas en toda la Comunidad entre las 22.00 h y las 6.00 h.
Cataluña. Confinamiento perimetral de toda la Comunidad. Durante los fines de semana no se permite la movilidad entre municipios (desde las 6.00 h del viernes a las 6.00 h del lunes). Restringida la movilidad nocturna en toda la Comunidad entre las 22.00 h y las 6.00 h.
Comunidad Valenciana. Confinamiento perimetral de toda la Comunidad hasta el 13 de noviembre. Confinamiento de los municipios de Elda y Petrer. Restringida la movilidad nocturna en toda la Comunidad entre las 0.00 h y las 6.00 h.
Extremadura. Restringida la movilidad nocturna en toda la Comunidad entre las 00.00 h y las 6.00 h.
Galicia. Limitada la entrada y salida en 60 ayuntamientos de Galicia.
Islas Baleares. Se restringe la movilidad nocturna en toda la Comunidad entre las 0.00 y las 6.00 y en la isla de Ibiza desde las 22:00 h a las 6:00 h.
La Rioja. Cierre perimetral en toda la Comunidad.
Se restringe la movilidad nocturna en toda la Comunidad entre las 22.00 h y las 5.00 h.
Madrid. Confinamiento perimetral de 43 zonas básicas de salud que afectan a Madrid capital y 11 municipios.
Restringida la movilidad nocturna en toda la Comunidad entre las 00.00 h y las 6.00 h.
Murcia. Confinamiento perimetral de toda la región y prohibida la movilidad entre municipios hasta el 22 de noviembre.
Navarra. Cierre perimetral en toda la Comunidad Foral hasta el 18 de noviembre.
Principado de Asturias. Declarado el confinamiento perimetral de todo el Principado, manteniendo la misma medida en Oviedo, Gijón y Avilés. Se restringe la movilidad nocturna entre las 22.00 h y las 6.00 h.
País Vasco. Confinamiento perimetral de toda la Comunidad y prohibición de la movilidad entre municipios. Restringida la movilidad nocturna entre las 22.00 h y las 6.00 h.
Ceuta. Confinamiento perimetral de toda la Ciudad Autónoma hasta el 23 de noviembre.
Melilla. Confinamiento perimetral de la ciudad autónoma hasta el 23 de noviembre. Restringida la movilidad nocturna entre las 22.00 h y las 6.00 h.

Update

Starting on 23 November, Spain will require international passengers arriving from high-risk countries to present a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to their arrival to be able to enter the country through ports or airports. This requirement will be applied regardless of the passenger’s nationality but will not affect those who enter Spain by land routes.
This measure will be included in the Health Control Form, which all passengers will have to fill in before their entry into the country, and is in addition to the controls already carried out on all international passengers at points of entry, such as temperature checks and visual inspections.

There are restrictions to traveling different communities and restrictions on night-time mobility throughout Spain except for the Canary Islands. Passengers in transit will not be affected .
If you are going to/coming from the airport during the times when there are mobility restrictions, you are advised to keep your boarding pass to be used as proof if requested by the authorities.
Andalusia. Until 24 November, exit from and entry to the Community and each municipality is restricted; and the mobility between 10 a.m. and 7 a.m. is also restricted.
Aragón. Perimeter confinement of the provinces of Huesca, Teruel and Zaragoza and the entire Community, maintaining the same measure in the cities Zaragoza, Huesca and Teruel.
Cantabria. Perimeter confinement of the entire Community and of each of tne municipal terms until November 18. Night-timemobility throughout the Community is restricted between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.
Castilla-La Mancha. Perimeter confinement of the entire Community until 18 November and the mobility restriction of people  between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.
Castilla and León. Perimeter confinement of the entire Community until 23 November. Mobility of people throughout the Community is restricted from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Catalonia. Perimeter confinement of the entire Community. Mobility between municipalities is not allowed on weekends (from 6.00 a.m. on Friday until 6.00 a.m on Monday). Night-time mobility is restricted throughout the Community between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Valencian Community. Perimeter confinement of the entire Community until 13 November. Confinement of the municipalities Elda and Petrer. Night-time mobility is restricted through out the Valencian Community between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.
Extremadura. Night-time mobility  throughout the Community is restricted between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m.
Galicia. Entry to and exit from 60 municipalities of the Community is restricted.
Balearic Islands. Night-time mobility throughout the Community is restricted between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. and in Ibiza from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.
