En cumplimiento de la Orden SND/413/2021, a partir del 01 de mayo, las personas cuyo país de inicio de viaje hacia España sea la República de India, con o sin escalas intermedias, deberán permanecer en cuarentena los 10 días posteriores a su llegada a España o durante toda su estancia si ésta fuera inferior a ese plazo. Este periodo podrá finalizar con anterioridad, si al séptimo día a la persona se le realiza una prueba diagnóstica de infección aguda con resultado negativo.

India no registra nuevas muertes por coronavirus
La COVID-19 deja ya 17.997.113 casos de contagio en India, con 2.978.686 de ellos actualmente activos y 201.187 fallecidos, según los últimos datos correspondientes al 28 de abril. Además, un total de 14.817.240 personas ya se ha recuperado desde que se produjo el primer contagio en el país.
Lugares más afectados del país
Las regiones de India que están viéndose más afectadas por la expansión del coronavirus son:

Maharashtra, con 4.410.085 contagios y 66.179 fallecimientos, la más afectada del país en este momento.

Kerala, con 1.460.364 contagios y 5.170 muertos.

Karnataka, con 1.400.775 contagios y 14.807 fallecidos.
Update
In compliance with Order SND/413/2021, as of 1 May, people whose country of origin of travel to Spain is the Republic of India, must remain in quarantine for 10 days after their arrival in Spain, or for the duration of their stay if it is shorter than that. This period may end earlier, if on the seventh day the person is tested for acute infection with negative results.
